What we hold when you write to us, and which outside services this site uses.

What the contact form collects

What you enter in the contact form (name, email address, category, message, reply language and the time of sending) is stored through Google Forms in the operator's Google spreadsheet, and used to answer you and to keep a record of that answer.
Classifying your message and drafting the automatic reply use AI (Claude, by Anthropic), so the message is sent to Anthropic's API. The automatic reply says so.
Where we need to act on a message, such as a correction, we copy part of it and the URL it concerns into the operator's private task tracker (a GitHub issue). Your name and email address are not copied.
We keep what you send as a record for a period after the matter is closed, and do not pass it to third parties except as required by law. Ask through the same form if you want it deleted.

The site itself does not use cookies.
Pages with a map embed Google Maps. Loading the map contacts Google, and Google's privacy policy applies to that.
We carry no advertising or affiliate links.
